Shouldn’t that be “Limited to the outstretched reach of his/her arms” since shorter Pluggers have shorter arms.
Fish are the only species known to man that grows after it dies.
Five foot ten now that he has shrunk.

Today’s true sportman has a 20-foot tape measure to describe the one he caught-and-released. :)
Unless he’s taller……
Which, of course, is a lot longer than he actually needs.
