Having worked at a restaurant, most important taking out the trash, I have to disagree. Plenty of times a bird has flown out of the dumpster I had just raised the lid on.
Pigeons come tap on the bedroom window when it is birdseed breakfast time. They are very sweet. There are 6 of them. Don’t know what they eat the rest of the day, but they have a good breakfast.
