Challenge it in court. Demand to see the tech specs on the camera, that it was properly constructed and has the capabilities for its intended purpose; what is the manufacturer’s standard for acceptable error. All machines measuring something have this; even a small margin could mean you weren’t actually speeding. Ask to see all installation data on the camera – was it installed properly by the technician, how was it aimed, how was it calibrated once installed. Ask to see calibration data itself – how often and how is it actually calibrated.
Thank the tech gods for my Navi. Not only does it sound out when a traffic cam is nearby, but doing so every time has caused me to anticipate the alarm and slow down before it sounds.

It took me a while to determine what the alarm was sounding for. I had to look it up to be sure. Now with Apple CarPlay also loaded I get a bunch of sounds. Reinforcement.
