Sounds like it’s time for the other workers to gang up on Jake and make his work life miserable until he starts to do his job.

Or talk to the boss and say either Jake starts pulling his weight or they’ll all walk. It’s not like there aren’t any other auto parts stores to work at.

Not everyone thinks it’s unfair. Jake thinks the system is working fine. It’s up to the boss to see what’s going on and motivate or fire Jake

Jake does not think it is unfair. Baldo needs to make his boss aware of the situation.
