The sun should be tough the ridge across the valley or it seems it should. Well, I paused for about an hour and it’s still gloomy. Any who, I saw 61 degrees when I looked this morning. The forecast calls for clouds and a slight chance of rain, 72 degrees. Maybe I won’t need a fan today.
In light of the happenings in Florida it is hard not to go all political but, maybe I’ve said all I need to.
My day is expected to be normal, I hope yours’s will be the same.
May y’all have a happy day and may God walk with you arm in arm.
Michael is doing well. The bleeding has not started up again and the morphine has worn off. The stuff actually lowers blood pressure, and his numbers were well below normal yesterday. This causes light-headedness and dizziness so he was using his cane for balance. He’s better today and will be happy when he can go off the soft-food diet.
We called his oral surgeon to let him know what had happened. When he called back, he scolded us for going to the ER when we had his private number and he would have responded immediately. The only problem with that is that no one ever told Michael that we had the number or what it could be used for 24/7. The doc even bragged about how he teaches medical (not dental) students about oral surgery and how he knows so much more than an ER doc (I didn’t tell him that she was a PA) because he’s done so many of these surgeries. Sheesh!! And I thought that medical surgeons had a reputation for egos!
We had a very small t-storm yesterday: one thunder bolt and about 3 dozen drops of rain. The wind and overcast did cool it down to below 90, though. Today’s forecast is for 96 and more t-storms, but it’s already 90 so I am sure it will get hotter than that.
