Yep, I guessed right about Dr. Cesspool! There are some topics that readers wouldn’t enjoy with their morning coffee, and that’s one reason why newspapers are strict are about what can appear in comics.

Pearls Before Swine can be depressing sometimes, Foxtrot literally gave a detailed description of animal executions and Calvin and Hobbes makes communist jokes. If that’s the sole reason to why it’s not being syndicated, then that’s stupid, but if it’s just a lack of talent, that’s fair.
