I wouldn’t mind if people walked their cats. Who doesn’t want to see more cute things while out for walks (assuming they won’t attack you or give you rabies)?
Felix loved going for walks on his leash. One cat didn’t need a leash to walk with you, and a third curled up in a ball and refused to move.
