Once again: Trump Disciples are desperate for there to be a recession.

If they don’t get control of Congress, things will get better for most Americans.

That will greatly reduce their power. Plus, they HATE that entire concept!

“Nobody gonna take my car I’m gonna race it to the ground” (Deep Purple) meaning “To completely demolish or destroy something until it is nothing but rubble on the ground.” Poor USA.

    Reading the comments here:

It’s truly frightening that the Dems think things are better now.

They’re either trolling the Conservative Comics sites, or they’re out of touch with reality.

How about Joe in his press conference yesterday. He points to some meaningless statistics, says he doesn’t think we’re in a recession, and then walks out without taking a single question. I’ve never seen a weaker POTUS in my lifetime, and world leaders agree. China is threatening us if Nancy goes to Tawain. Mike Pompeo went, and projected strength, and they backed down. I’m counting the days to the midterm.

Ramirez is giving us an example of ‘Dissonance due to inadequate justification’. This what Republicans and their conservative minions use instead of substance and performance.

Y’all need to understand the Republican strategy here. Economies rise and fall purely on consumer confidence. Take a situation where there is no recession, scream over and over that we’re in a recession, people will believe it and stop spending, and then we’ll have a real recession.

Which we will then blame on Biden.

Gonna take time to undo what trump and his ilk left. Unfortunately trumps hanger-ons are doing their very best to make Joe the villain responsible.. and to the detriment of America, it’s working.

Repubs have voted against bills that would stop oil companies from price-gouging. Exxon and Chevron have posted record profits and they are using the money to buy back their stock. But these companies are still collecting subsidies.

The higher gas prices (higher than needed to cover much smaller increase in oil prices) affect everything else in the supply chain. Take care of the real root problem.

Working towards switching to renewable energy will create good-paying, long-lasting jobs. Currently, too many of the available jobs are in the food industry.

From what I know about macroeconomics, highs and lows are natural aspects of capitalism. Are you saying you prefer that the government controls the economy? Are you some kind of socialist? Or a communist?

    (See how ridiculous it sounds?)
