    Hi Vagabonds

We got fog in the valley again and there was 60 degrees showing. Cloudy, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon, no rain predicted. (^.^)

Our little Catamount has been keeping me close company till he get his “good stuff”. Now he’s gotten his nourishment he is curled up in the old rocker sound asleep. I called him Catamount because he looks like a miniature cougar. To be clear Catamount, or, Cat of the Mountain was a name used in VT maybe NH and up state NY, heard it used in a “Daniel Boone” episode once. The subspecies in VT is considered to be extinct, but, people still claim to have seen one, maybe me too.

Y’all have a wonerful day and may God keep you. (^.^)

    Good morning Vagabonds.

I stopped to gas up my car after dropping off the recycling yesterday. The price at Sam’s Club was/is about $.50 less than anywhere else, so the line was very long. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes before I got to the pump. And, of course, because all of the pumps were in use at the same time, the delivery rate was very slow….

And then when I took Michael to his doctor visit, I realized that the office was near the recycling center, so I didn’t need to go out of my way that morning. I could have waited and dropped it off after the doctor visit. (But then it would have been 112 degrees. At least it was only around 103 in the morning stop and there was a patch of shade to park in. That was gone by the afternoon.) See I can make up any excuse for my stupidity.

Today was a scheduled visit to the dentist for Michael so he could be measured for his partial plate. The dentist’s office called while M was at the hot tub and had to reschedule due to a family emergency. So the afternoon is free and clear.

Oh, and I’ve added another “project” to our list. Our flag pole is built of PVC. We never glued the thing together because we built it for travel in the RV. We’ve had to take down the flag every time the wind blows hard (and we’ve had a lot of wind this year) because it causes the thing to move around in its joints and has dropped the flag to the ground more than once. So, I bought some PVC glue and some silver paint and we’re going to make it more permanent and look like a metal pole. Any guesses as to when that will get done? LOL!

It really did get to 112 yesterday. Today it’s starting to cool a bit – only 106. The beginning of the sub-100’s has moved to Friday and Saturday we’re supposed to get t-storms. Bring it on! We need the rain.

Everyone have a safe and blessed day.

LOL! Take a look at the size of the wine bottle that Eneas is hauling around today! What’s bigger than a magnum?
