Andy loves life…especially on other peoples money.

I’m somewhat surprised that this hasn’t become something of a campaign or election point in the UK or the USA. Can you imagine promising that the government will guarantee every citizen that wanted up to 3 pints a day, would get a voucher to provide them that perk? Instant election success!!!!
