I’ve been called for jury duty twice. We are give numbers and if your number is drawn you to go up, if you are not “challenged” you have to serve if you have no valid excuse not to. My number was not drawn both times.
Just finished jury duty. Never saw the inside of a court after the first day. For the next two weeks I had to phone in to see if I was needed the next day. Never was.

Given my Asperger’s syndrome, I don’t think I’d be able to comprehend a case in a court of law in order to determine the accused’s verdict.
