Snoopy, he knows you have fudgecicles in your freezer!

My dogie is the neighborhood cookie monster. Cookies in the morning, cookies in the evening.

That is because he wants it all for himself.

Schulz had it backward…first the meal (today’s comic) then the water to wash it down (yesterday’s comic)..

Charlie Brown doesn’t want to over feed you, Snoopy. He’s doing what’s best for you.

Pfft. From long experience I can tell you as an absolute fact that beagles ALWAYS have room for dessert.

It’s important to keep expectations realistic.

What DO you give a dog for dessert?

Maybe the Good Humor truck will come and the man will give Snoopy a Chocolate Eclair.

Our dogs are taught to sit and wait while their bowls are being filled and then set down. The senior partner is VERY opinionated and sometimes "burf"s his opinion as his dinner is presented. As he’s not allowed to bark at us, he then has to wait again to start eating. Bless his heart, that dog now stops himself from eating if he burfs at us. sigh….DOGS!!!

’75 there was no dessert for dogs unless they were given table scraps from the dessert course. Today they make so many sweets for dogs that there can be doggy dessert without being table scraps.

I wonder what is an appropriate desert for dogs. I know they can’t have chocolate.
