If we can have oranges year round, then ice cream is fair year round. Ok, make the toppings seasonal. Make your own rules on that.

Here in SoCal I group the seasons thusly:

Winter: January and February

Spring: March, April and May

Summer: June thru September

Fall: October and November

And December: let’s just call that ‘holidays’
