For those in Rio Linda, please explain the ice cream.

Wicky: ice cream or other dairy products best quench the fire from too many hot peppers. Works much better than water or soda which only increase the burn.

Saucy’s right - milk or bread is the best way to put out the fire.

My brothers found it’s Black olives get rid of the BURN that does a much better job @@@>::D I’m a wimp!!

Anything with a good fat content helps the burn from hot peppers. Sour cream works wonders.
