You’re describing the rather rare condition of “incomplete dominance.” More common would be three blue and one pink (or vice versa, depending on which color is dominant)
and maybe they’ll all be lavender. (maybe she’ll lay two, or seven, or… ) the possibilities are endless!

Seriously though, don’t most bird have (adult) coloration based on the sex? Therefore it should if male blue, if female pink. Though those are brightly colored for a female. ;)
