Okay, I just love this!

My current cat Colette has done her part to keep down the local kangaroo rat population. Fortunately, they are small as rat species go.

Kirby (pictured in avatar) had a terrific technique which involved punching the rat so hard that it flew for several yards before he finished it off (rats can be dangerous unless stunned).

He never ate any. He was only in it for the sport. :)

And when they finish the hand they have a foursome for golf.

Nah, let’s just stay here and keep drinking Fargo’s margaritas!

I love this homage to the famous “Dogs Playing Poker” painting. Of the two, I’d rather have this one framed on my wall.

Pippin looks a bit confused; Pippi is seriously chomping down on that cigar. Who will win? Pippi or Rat?

They’re capable alright.

My neighbor across the street said they are having rat problems, and wanted to “borrow” one of my outside feral cats to help get rid of it. They said they would provide water for the cat. I looked at them funny and said, the cats are free to go wherever they want. (right now, they are all hanging in the back yard because I have warm houses for them.

Of course Pippi is smoking a cigar.
