@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , the way no snow , rain or hail can keep our hero mr Andrew Capp from going to the pub and dissing Guitar Bob is classic ;o0 my avatar is a pictureof m birth sign Lee roaring his head off because he’s in a good mood like I am, how was your day? our Manic Monday will be busy as usual but we are both in a good mood with shopping to do but no errands to run just stay inside the house and keep hydrated till this evening when the greengrocer van comes up our street keep safe thanks for caring and a belated Happy birthday young Lady
What’s the sign in the pub window that looks like a pint glass with a red rectangle over it? I haven’t been in England in thirty years and don’t remember seeing a sign like that.
I guess I’m not a good follower here. I like Christmas because it lights up my wife’s life. Personally I’m good with Christmas and all the trappings that come along. We have had “Hallmark Christmas Music” on the bluetooth for 2 weeks now. I even like Mariah Carie doing “All i want for Christmas.” my wife sings along with all the oldies and her singing is horrendous, BUT, she is happy and smiles all the day through. I would walk through Hell for her to have days like that. And I have.
Thank you so much for the belated birthday wishes.
I called a phone repair shop last Wednesday because the screen became jumpy again after being perfectly still for a few months with no issues. I got a quote for £70 for repair. Not bad at all. However once I finished talking with the guy the screen went back to normal again! Whaaat?
Ever since I dropped my phone in the bath it had a jumpy screen for almost 2 years until I took it off charge one day and it had sorted itself out. It’s a Samsung A20E if anybody wants to see what it looks like. Bought it with my own money in May 2019. I don’t ever intend to get a new one until it literally dies. And the new one will naturally be a Samsung.
I’ll be at my Tuesday volunteering for the last time tomorrow. They have just posted their Holiday Opening Hours on Facebook.
Stay safe, stay well, stay warm and stay happy, pal.
I came up with the idea of calling the music I am listening to right now “Bah Humbug”. The average person who likes Mariah Carey and Kelly Clarkson would probably hate it, but the people who like the Christmas music I like would probably say, “Bah Humbug” to a lot of what is being called Christmas music now.

To think Andy himself is a 365-day scrooge when Bob comes to the pub.

Guitar Bob had to pull some strings to get this gig! I’m a different note, no pun intended, how do you guys get your avatar picture on here?
