…And? Is this supposed to be a bad thing or something? Obviously no one calls it a dedicated “pile-on cam,” but television networks do in fact do this and I’ve never heard anyone claim to not like it. What’s the joke or commentary?

Did they name the ball Bugs?

This network seems to gave a camera for every situation. If half of them weren’t remotely controlled, the camera people’s union would be overjoyed.
