As a child, we ate what was put in front of us or we sat at the table until bedtime. (We soon learned not to be pickly.) Fitfty years later I love any type of food!

All starches and nothing else is not a healthy diet. Her mom is right and she needs more veggies, dairy, meat and fruit to round out her diet.

My mom said when I get my own house I can eat what I want. Now I eat what my wife puts in front of me.
