So THAT’S where they get that tactic from. Clears up a little mystery.

She did yell and that’s when mom disappeared.

Mom’s great at finding her Legos.

That’s actually what my son did as a young boy. He stood in the doorway of his room and said “I can’t find my shoes.”

Play the mom card. “Well, where did you leave it?”

I am 74, my mom is dead, but I still stand in the middle of the room and yell for my wife when I can’t find something.
