You’d be surprised at the joy one can find by stepping outside of ourselves for even just a moment to observe and question something so simple as the life of a tree.
I tend to think no one cares etc. when I’m overwhelmed. Then I remind myself that I do have some safe caring people in my life who won’t rip me to pieces if I reach out for help and comfort. The FH helpline is also available. XOXO

it sure can be. it looks like you’re getting better at finding the good! soon enough the good can “snowball” & override the bad…most days.
