Buddy purchased an older house. He converted a house keepers storage space (8’ by 6’) into a walk in closet. He was proud of his work. He used about 40% of the space. Later he started a serious relationship. He showed his g/f his achievement. She said it wouldn’t be big enough for the two of them. When she eventually moved in…she was right. In the end it just became her closet.

My rule is I never get new hangars. If I buy something new, something else has to go.
