We just finished a 1000-piece this morning. Ended up with one piece that didn’t fit (Aarrrrgh!) so we had to search the puzzle to find the one we had wrong.

My wife and I recently got back into doing jigsaw puzzles together. The difference is that when I did them in my youth and teens, I’d eventually disassemble them and put the pieces back in the box for future use. Now, knowing that it is highly unlikely we’ll ever do any puzzle a second time, we frame them and hang them in our spare bedroom.
