Not a good way to handle a client needing medical attention. Not all appointments go well, the vet just needs to make adjustments for any future visits. My dachshund Max has to have a soft muzzle put on when he has his bails clipped. He tried biting the vet a couple times so I hold Max while the vet clips away!
Don’t know about anyone else but I find calling any injury, no matter how small, babyish and annoying in the extreme. Personal view only, but notice, no “just saing” incase anyone disagrees.
