That’s what Marmaduke gets for being out late last night with his poodle girlfriend. Yip yip yip yip yip

Wait for a squirrel to pass by.

We had a cocker spaniel who would get excited to go out on a walk, right up to the point we got to the edge of the driveway, then she’d lie down and refuse to budge. If we turned around and headed back to the house, she’d proudly trot up the drive and wait impatiently for us to open the door so she could get inside…Goofy dog.

be grateful, usually he’s dragging you home at mock five.

my son’s Frenchy does this. when it’s done walking, wherever and whenever that may be, she lays down. so he has to pick her up and carry her home. she doesn’t do it often but when she does it can be a half mile away or 100 feet away. she won’t budge when she’s done.

Be thankful for small favors…

Better be careful …… we all know how Marm thinks ……… He may suddenly jump up and off you go ……. :)
