    Right? What kind of monstrous government over-reach is going on there? Oh, the same as in Savannah and Tybee Island, GA. CATS freely roam our streets and beaches with impunity and no collars or accountability.

    Our park here is big enough that various sections are marked and classified as off-leash areas on a rotating basis [to allow the lawn to recover]. All the owners hang out together there in a group socializing while the dogs get to run around and chase balls etc.
