For the first time in my 65 years, I teared up when reading a comic strip. As a total arm amputee, my one armed hug is offered with all my heart as I am fortunate to be here to give. I hope people do not perceive it as not quite good enough as indicated here.
Belle, the whole-heartedness of a good hug is perceptible no matter how many appendages are involved. (Yeah, I’m nine days late with this, but if you’re like me, you go back now and then to see if anyone has replied to your posts.)
