Just give up dieting and eat healthier Cathy! Not that I am one to talk - I eat a gallon of Breyers ice cream a week 8 months of the year and can’t gain an ounce! Must be all the strawberries and bananas in my milkshakes (with flaxseed oil and wheat germ).
