Then it's still "in"!

The vast majority of the 40-60% markdowns I’ve seen this spring are phony (markdown price not based on actual sales, only the worst junk from last season, etc.) And my in-laws and hubby have been trying to bargain for slightly better prices from all these desperate retailers (“we MUST move stock!!!”); for some electronics items for months after the winter holidays, but the price points haven’t even budged.
