Mrs. Hillman: He WOULD have known if you'd invited us. Irving: She didn't know she was supposed to invite you! Cathy: But you knew I was supposed to invite them?? Mrs. Hillman: No. You need to know what he doesn't know so he doesn't need to think of everything. Irving: MOTHER!! Mr. Hillman: Was that necessary, dear? Mrs. Hillman: When I don't see any food, I just fry whatever's in front of me.
