I have long thought there should be a yellow “RUN!” symbol between the white “walk” and red “Stop.” Although the countdown timers are okay.

running over pedestrians is a sport that’s gaining popularity by the day here. combine elderly pedestrians with distracted drivers and, voila! bodies lying all over the zebra crossing. seems like we have stories in the news daily about yet another pedestrian mowed down…

Must be somewhere in the U.K. where they drive on the wrong side of the street.
