Bottled water usually IS from a tap. People pay big bucks for what they can get for free (in most areas, some places have sucky tap water).

I guess only the wicked witches respond to water.

Most are the same thing. Chicago’s and Milwaukee’s Lake Michigan tap water is the softest.
