Mediocre is not good.

It’s not real.

I forget ~ is it a self-help kind of book? Because I think they’re all tripe. The best just have one or two epiphanies that are probably unworkable but you don’t know that until later.

I laughed. I cried. I got a rash.

For a minute there it looked like a sleep-aid.

Which is, to my mind, the absolute worst feedback a writer can receive…
