Well said. Attended a symphony one time i which the trumpet soloist hit a sour note, but she continued on without missing a beat or note.

Our store is closed for most of my shift, and I sing along with the radio after the customers are gone

Every now and then a coworker compliments my voice

Every time I hit a bad note, they howl like dogs

If they don’t howl, I do

That’s also the life of a football offensive lineman. Although when they screw up, somebody usually gets hurt.

    “It’s a trombone, what’re ya gonna do?”

    [Everyone nods knowingly]

Just kidding, Lennie, don’t question your Life Choices

“Life is a public performance on the violin (or trombone), in which you must learn the instrument as you go along.” E.m. Forster
