Personally, this is reminiscent out of the scene (Ten Commandments) at the the Pharaoh’s Palace (Yul Brynner) where Chuck Heston (Moses) throws down…in front of the Pharaoh and it turns into a snake, eats the other magician’s snakes and goes back to being a staff again.
