Here in DC the govt offices have a recorded message, “Your call is very important to us. Please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours or the next business day.” 8 years later and they still haven’t returned a call. One called me about wanting something from me and not to answer my question 2 weeks later. Parks and Wrecks are the worst offenders.
