I’ve been waiting over a week now, and nobody’s written in to explain this drawing.I’m really getting curious about this depiction. Do women gross out watching the birth? I know I’d be more than a bit queasy just being in the same room if my wife was birthing in front of me, but that’s a guy thing. Is this a case of “You get upset enough having to do it, you shouldn’t have to watch too”? Enlightenment somebody?
I’m thinking this cartoon is stuck in the Sargasso Sea of Comix. Over a month without any change. I can picture the cartoonist slumped over his drawing board, a dried-up drawing pen clutched in his petrified hand, caught in mid-guffaw. Sad.
