Notice in panels 1 and 2, Eddie’s New England accent is gone when he began yelling at his plumber for sinking his boat.

Before anyone accuses Wiley of being a flaming liberal Democrat, let’s all be fair and remember the ‘system’ has been designed by both ‘rats and ‘can(t)s for their own good – that ‘none of the above’ ballot choice is looking pretty good isn’t it?

And as for the idea of prohibiting lawyers from political office, of the 55 delegates to the (US) Constitutional Convention, 35 were lawyers. You sure it is lawyers who are the problem?? What did Cheney and Bush do before politics? How about Alexander Hamilton? Sweeping generalizations are almost always wrong … :) Have a good day all – and THINK LOGICALLY!

Good one, but he missed a few points. Congress required banks to make loans to non-qualified borrowers. That’s regulation, folks. Then they let or required FM and FM buy them. Not sure whether that’s nonregulation(let) or misregulation (required). When the Reps tried to stop the hemorrhage of money, the Dems prevented them. Now the Dems are blaming them. Hey, Wiley, can you fit all that in four panels? Maybe you can build on this one over several days. It’s election season and time to put partisan bias aside and tell the WHOLE truth!

Like we’ve been listening to this neo-con-artist market-deregulation garbage for 30 years, and the ones who have been tweaking the system have been getting rich off of it while everyone else has been sinking. Suddenly, now it is our fault for listening to these “experts.”

Therefore, we get stuck with having to pay for the bailout.
