Cats can see things we cannot, especially if they’re moving. I’m not talking about ghosts — just tiny specs moving through the air or on the wall. And their hunting instincts making the movement fascinating.
Also, cats have vastly better hearing. Your furry friend maybe listening to something moving in the wall.
In short, stop accusing your cat of staring at nothing. Just because you can’t see it (or hear it) that doesn’t mean it’s not there.
