It’s “Banzai”, not to be confused with “bonsai” which is the cultivation of dwarfed trees.
“Banzai” means “ten thousand years”. A traditional Japanese battle cry is 天皇陛下万歳! (“Tennōheika banzai !”) which means, literally, “Ten thousand years to the Emperor”, or, in common parlance, “Long live the Emperor”.
