Like everything else involving health and nutrition, it depends. One of my closest friends has celiacs. Others have stopped eating gluten because they feel better without it. I eat regular bread but not that much because of the carbs and blood sugar spikes.

Give me gluten sugar, processed or nightshade and I have pain that feels like Iāve broken or sprained something.
I try to tell other fibromyalgia sufferer but they assume Iām body shaming them. āļ¹ā
Iāve had to remove more and more food from my diet, for other reasons, over the past decade but I have so much less pain!
