Takes more than height and volume to qualify as a Dagwood Sandwich. Yours is too neatly squared up, Adam. But calling it that probably would instigate the filing of a copyright infringement suit – assuming “Dagwood Sandwich” has in fact been copyrighted.

A Dagwood sandwich is an actual thing. It’s in the encyclipedia. It was created after the comic strip, but I think if it’s in the encyclopedia, you can use it freely.
