Click on the far right of the bottom bar (more options) then click on print.

When right clicking on the comic, my Firefox includes ‘view image’ at the top of the list. Does that show up on IE?
The same people who designed “Healthcare.gov” must have designed this website.
Drag the comic to your desktop and read it there. (good tip from a reader the last time they did this)
