I still try to get away with the ole fake toy throw. But, my doggie is onto that ole trick. But, she is always so excited about the prospect of running down a flying toy. Once she gets it, she has to run her victory lap. And that’s why I toss it. She’s such a hoot.

Best response to the “Fake stick throw” is to bring back someone’s purse or such.

I guess Grimm has had experience with Mother Goose using that trick on him, such as in one previous strip.

Dogs are so trusting. I never thought that was funny…
