Hmmmmmm……Honey Roasted Chicken………that sounds like something I would like to experiment with. Anyone have a recipe for it? I make a killer Orange Roasted Chicken…….using nothing more than a jar of orange marmalade and a little soy sauce. Yum!

Sorry I’m late TRIBE but SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED had her TV break down. I suggested other TVs, but——. Anyway, did you know that there are more than 2 wires behind mind sucker? I lost count, but it was more than the languages in the instruction books. I tried behind, in front of, and with the remote.Nothing. Being the genius, er, Pro that I am, I thought, “Well, it’s Wified to the router, and wired to the computer, I’ll fix it in a jiffy from the keyboards.” A few hours later my male cat was batting the remote around and the TV came on. Don’t tell anyone.

Lewreader, I finally found a place where I can pick up Red Sox stuff here in the deep south. Most sporting goods stores don’t supply much of anything from further north than Oklahoma or east of Louisiana it seems. But they’ve got everything Texas. Got myself a cap that fits my small oval head,a T-shirt and lighter.

Today I’m try something for the first time – a German pickled Roast Beef. It’s been marinating in the fridge for a week so the flavors should have soaked in by now.

It’s been marinating in, among other things, red wine vinegar and a dry red wine. I hope it’s downright drunken beef by now.

I’ll be back later to tell you how it turned out.

Nope, haven’t learned to do much at all. I learned to do pictures from Johanan indirectly. He was really vague. Bold and skipping lines was an accident, and *Lonewolf said how to do bold italics.

I am considering using my speak now button and just letting this text go pack.

What kind of trap is it? Hmmm… I always thought catching crawdad with a trap when we were camping was cheating. Of course, I never caught one until I was a teenager.

Just spent the afternoon watching the Pole trials for the Indy 500! What an exciting event. The guy, Darion, who was a contender for the 1st or 2nd spot, RAN OUT OF GAS at the very end!!!! Then, the guy who actually won the pole, was just awesome! It was pretty amazing afterward, to hear all of the guys congratulate the winner and praised his skill and that of his owner and crew…..for their remarkable job. Usually you only hear the “I” story………not how great someone else wasLOVE IT!!

Sounds like it was a great Pole Trail Montana Lady!

Wow!I’ve never cooked with wine before, but this time I knew I had myself a tough cut of Mooo! Ususally I like my roast beast with healthy dollops of horseradish but this has a red wine flavoring to the beef and the gravy. I think it would make a great cold of winter type meal.

I wish I could post this recipe to my photobucket account, but my doohickey is on the fritz.

There are plenty of leftovers for those who want any. And there’ll still be some left over for me tomorrow.

I hope everyone’s survived the end of the world.
