That’s a fine collection that Fergus has. It must be so much trouble though to get up off the chair and have to retrieve them.Good Morning Grog, Dry, sugie and all you stellar CD ball retrievers!
@ Dry ~~ word must getting around!!!! You’ve got the reputation of providing a wonderful home in the neighborhood. And really, what better place to be dropped off! Good Luck and bless you!
@ Dry Wow! Dry, what do you make of that? Do yo think the mommy is dripping them off or what? Certainly they didn’t make the trip to your yard by themselves. Maybe Momma Cat knows a good home is waiting for her babies with you.
Does the black one look healthy? Are his/her eyes open? How about the first kitty, did it open both eyes yet? I guess it must be eating OK and gaining strength. Now you have two to take care of and love. Could be three in the next few days. It’s possible. Keep an eye out for whatever is under that tree.
Warm, fuzzy, loving thoughts to all my CD friends; StelBel, Cleokaya, Sugie and Tina, Grog, Lonewolf, x_Tech, Comicgos, JP Steve, Xane_T, Chikuku, Coyoty et al.
Dry That should be; Do you think the mommy is dropping them off or what? “Dripping them off”? Ha! I’m tired. That must be the reason I can’t spell today.
puppybreath After I debated what to do, I brought this one in. An hour and a half later, I saw the momma out in the backyard coming down from that tree. The kitchen windows were open and I said out loud without thinking, “Oh my”! She saw me an heard me and took off. I called the vet and they said I could but it back under the tree, watch it, feed it later and see if she came back, but there was no guarantee that she would. Right after that it started to POUR! So now the two litter mates are in a big box, sleeping together all curled up.So that is where they will stay. If there is another one appearing in the next couple of days, we’ll leave it there and keep an eye on it, and see if she comes back. If not, then we’ll have 3 babies! Oh dear! This is a LOT of responsibility! But my sons are learning a lot!

So, we don’t get to see them actually get to the top of the building? That’s disappointing.
