Sorry I missed you last night, Shika, but I got home from work rather late last night from work. I don’t normally get home from work that late – especially on a Friday when I usually try to leave early, but this is turning out to be the month end from H – e – double tooth picks.
I posted when I got home from work, but after that I got wrapped up in The New Avengers. By the time that was over, it was well past my bed time.
Getting at least eight hours of “sleek” a night is so important! (Sorry. Could not resist.)BTW, my morning greeting in yesterday’s comments has a picture just for you. Glad you’re home, safe and relatively sound, and I sure hope your back problem has subsided!
Jkissmya enjoy these years! Thye grow up so fast! Glad you enjoyed those 2 movies, they were great, weren’t they? Never saw the Toy Stories. Oh, he might like the Little Mermaid, too.
Yes, Old Yeller was especially sad. I get weepy too, even if I have seen a movie a million times. When I was little, my parents threatened to not let me watch the tv show “Lassie” anymore if I didn’t stop crying every week! :-D
WIth all the discussion about moons, it would not be appropriate to NOT highlight the BEST CHILDREN’S BOOK EVER, "GOODNIGHT MOON BY MARGARET WISE BROWN!
Good afternoon CD kids. Hope all is well in everyone’s world today. Fergus should definitely invest in the moon night light StelBel showed. Dry I am trying my best because I know my time is short. ‘Good Night Moon’ was one of our favorite bedtime books. I introduced him to colors and counting with that book. It used to take us a half hour to get through. I still have Dr. Suess’s A,B,C book memorized. He learned the ABCs with that one.
Jkissmya, I have saved quite a few of my sons’ childhood books, and DEFINATELY ALL of Margaret Wise Brown’s. Maybe someday they will have a use for them again, someday, not anytime soon I hope! ;-)
