I thought we were going to get violent storms yesterday in WMass, but we missed them, and didn’t get much more than a sprinkle. I hope Dry wasn’t in the tornado path yesterday in Pennsylvania….!

We took Penny in for the typical Schnauzer haircut and when she returned home, not only was she completely shaved, but she had a plastic cone around her neck. They had nicked her ear and she had been sent to the vet. Poor thing, she looks like a rat. We had been thinking that she perhaps was getting a little heavy. We were wrong on that front. Unfortunately she is going to look like this for months.

Stel near us a tornado touched down, about 40 miles away, however, there were rotations in the storm we got, and major tree damage at our place, the neighborhood, and the town. They say the winds were 70 mph in that storm.
