I spent over an hour waiting to be seen by a specialist. Next to two cute but very loud and boisterous toddlers. They only spoke French, but I speak enough to speak to very young French people, lolI then had three hours to kill for my next appointment.tonight, I fast, tomorrow, I give blood to be tested, again.

I’m clean.I’m stuffing my face.

My next batch of blood tests are late August (after I made the current changes to my vegan diet of eating wheat but very low fat, for 3 months). Groceries today included a loaf of WW bread and 2 packages of WW rotini, 2 bottles of soy milk and 6 of low sod. V8. Only a few veggies I was short of.

YEAH HAPPY! SO GOOD TO HEAR! NOW, GO STUFF YOUR FACE!

Eat something for me, I had Stouffers Cheddar Baked Potatoes with my Ghost Pepper salsa mixed in and some green garden onions, still hungry, but more tired than hungry, so I am going to my feather pillows. Have a good night Happy! Enjoy “pigging out”! You earned it! :-)
