Someone musta been too tired to come up with a punch line. Old joke, but a classic. I bet my kids that and the next thing I knew they were betting their cousins and friends. They told me the joke was lame, but that did not stop them from repeating it!
Anyone remember when something like this was also used in an episode of “Dora the Explorer”? They were betting who can jump higher than the Great Mountain, then came to the conclusion that everyone can, because “mountains can’t jump”. Also, if Calvin of “Calvin and Hobbes” tried to do something like this with Susie, it’s a safe bet that Susie would beat him to a pulp.

For my $20 I’d show I couldn’t jump over Grimm. On him, yes, over him, no.

But is the height measured to the top or the bottom? If it’s the top, and neither leaves the ground, then the doghouse wins.

Trick question, Ralph. All in how you say it.
